Key Ingredients
Conception Support Pack*
Iron intake before pregnancy helps build your reserves—during pregnancy, your body needs more iron and your stores can quickly become depleted. We've included a moderate dose of gentle on the stomach iron to help establish your stores without discomfort.
We use Methylfolate, the active form of folic acid, which is clinically proven to increase serum folate levels. Folate is most important in the first few weeks of pregnancy to close the neural tube–but this is before known pregnancy. Starting folate supplementation during the preconception phase is key to optimizing folate status and supporting a healthy pregnancy.
Optimal choline is needed before a woman knows she is pregnant to support healthy fetal neural tube development, making supplementation before conception crucial—especially since only 6% of women meet daily needs.
Iodine supports healthy thyroid function, which is important for overall hormonal health, but iodine intake in the US is declining. Iodine supplementation is recommended for at least 3 months prior to conception to ensure optimal levels before pregnancy, where it becomes important for the baby's developing brain.
Vitamin D is important for immune health, but also beneficial for reproductive health and boosting stores ahead of pregnancy. More than 50% of women have insufficient Vitamin D levels which is why we provide 2,000 IU Vitamin D to promote optimal levels ahead of a healthy pregnancy.
Folate is most important in the first few weeks of pregnancy to close the neural tube – but this critical time is before known pregnancy. For this reason, we have added additional folate as the bioavailable format of methylfolate.
Oocytes (egg cells) contain more mitochondria than any other cell in the female body. CoQ10 plays a critical role in these mitochondria and supporting reproductive health.

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. We're proud to have earned Clean Label Project's highest honor, the Purity Award!
